You may customize your report from our database virtually
any way you like. The more limits you place on your search, the more manageable
the final report will be. You can limit the search to specific private
organizations, state agencies and programs, counties, cities or total amount of
grants awarded. You also can combine limits to refine your search.
By not selecting any state agency, in combination with selecting a county of
“Mecklenburg,” for instance, will give you a report showing private
organizations in Mecklenburg County that received aid from any state agency. By
selecting “$500,000 or Over,” in addition to the first two choices, you
will get a report showing only private organizations in Mecklenburg County that
received $500,000 or more. By adding the selection for an agency of “Cultural
Resources,” your report will contain only the private organizations in
Mecklenburg County that received over $500,000 from the Department of Cultural
Resources' programs.
Viewing or printing the full, detailed report of all private agencies receiving state
aid in a single fiscal year could require 350 landscape pages or more. The
report could exceed your computer’s memory or printing capabilities, so use as
many limits as are practical in your search.
