Recruitment and Referral

Vacancies in the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor (OSA) are advertised outside the office through the Employment Security Commission of North Carolina, the Office of State Personnel and most public libraries. All applications are screened and the selected candidates are interviewed by a panel of 2-4 people, using a standard list of questions and format. A State application (Form PD107) is required.
