Vacancies in the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor (OSA) are advertised outside the office through the North Carolina Department of Commerce - Division of Employment Security, the Office of State Personnel and most public libraries. All applications are screened and the selected candidates are interviewed by a panel of two or more people, using a standard list of questions and format. An online State application is required.
